Shipping & Returns
Extreme care is taken when we package your order. We inspect for quality for every shipment that leaves our facility. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel or UPS.
When service available, all orders are insured and require signature, which means you must inspect your shipment before signing. In the event you do not have time to inspect the shipment, we ask that you write "subject to inspection" on the shipping documents provided with your shipment. If damage has occurred, the damage must be reported within 48 hours, sooner if possible, so that the postal insurance can cover the shipment. Orders are shipped within 72 hours from time of order. If you are ordering for Christmas, order early to avoid disappointment.
Our system is set up to only ship to Canada and the United States. International customers please contact YouInFocusProducts directly to place your order.
All orders are in USD funds and the exchange conversion will happen through your credit card company on your credit card bill. We do not provide exchange beforehand.
YouInFocusProducts strives to give you the best quality products and quality service. We take extreme care preparing your shipment to avoid damages. All items are inspected for quality BEFORE shipment leaves our facility.
No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact us to obtain the RAN number. You must provide the invoice number, product code, and the reason for the return. Customer pays shipping on returns (pre-paid with shipping insurance, not COD). We will NOT accept COD charges. Please include a copy of the original receipt with the RAN number written on it. If damage from shipping to you does occurs, report the damage IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours. Your shipment will include insurance from Canada Post, so it is very important to report the damage right away. When signing for your shipment, please write "Subject to Inspection" on the bill of lading.
Our goal is to provide you with a quality products and service, so that you will not have to return a product. If you are buying for someone else as a gift, it is important to have a good feel that our products fit with the person you are buying the gift for. We cannot allow returns simply because the person does not appreciate the gift you have given them. Due to the fact we are dealing with items that are ingested, we must strictly limit returns for health & safety reasons.
Credit will be applied to you in the same manner as the product was purchased in. For example, if you purchased your order with VISA, we will credit your VISA, less the 20% restocking charge. Credit will not occur until we have received the goods and have inspected it for damages, and have ensured that all items are present in the return. If something is found to be missing or damaged, it will be deducted from the credit amount to your VISA card.
All orders shipped to USA will be tax free; however you are responsible for any duties that will be charged by US Customs.
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
If any problems arise with any product itself, YouInFocusProducts or it's employees will no be held liable. We do not manufacture the products sold on our website. Please contact the manufacturer of that product and copy YouInFocusProducts with your correspondance, so that we may assess the situtation as well.
