MorgenStund ‘Power Bowl’


 

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp The early bird
  • 140 ml Haferdrink
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 – 2 tsp Flax seed, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Cranberries, dried
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 – 3 mint leaves

Preparation

Bring the oat drink to a boil in a saucepan on the stove, stir in ‘MorgenStund’ and let it swell for 2 – 3 minutes. Then add half an apple along with a half banana, 2 – 3 mint leaves and the MorgenStund ‘ porridge to a blender or puree with a blender.

Put the mass in a bowl and garnish with the rest of the banana and apple, linseed, walnuts and cranberries.
