Use with plenty of water so the alkaline shampoo can lather. Massage the scalp for deep cleansing. After washing, rinse hair with cold water. Apply Alkaline Hair Conditioner. Use every day.

Less lather, but still that deep cleanse. Great with the conditioner. A little goes a long way. Both lasted a long time.
